Yoga

Eryck has been teaching yoga since 2014, following a successful dance career in the UK and internationally. Initially turning to yoga to maintain his physical health, Eryck's interest in the practice quickly deepened, leading him to pursue formal training. In 2013, he began his studies with the renowned teacher Claire Missingham and further advanced his training with her in 2018. In addition to his training with Missingham, Eryck has studied yoga and meditation under Dr. ALV Kumar. This mentorship has provided him with a profound appreciation for the purity of authentic traditions and the scientific principles of yoga preserved by ancient lineages. Eryck integrates these timeless teachings into his classes, offering a balanced and holistic approach that resonates with students.

In his classes, students can expect expertly crafted sequencing, the incorporation of krama vinyasa plus mindful assists. Eryck emphasizes precise and detailed anatomical alignment, ensuring that each student gains a comprehensive understanding of the practice. His teaching style is both nurturing and challenging, encouraging students to explore their potential while honouring their journey.

Eryck is dedicated to expanding the reach of yoga through specialized events and workshops. He conducts trainings and retreats both in the UK and abroad, providing participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the practice in diverse and inspiring settings. Eryck's passion for yoga and his commitment to sharing its benefits make him a sought-after instructor, fostering growth and well-being in all who attend his sessions.

Mallorca Yoga Retreat

May 23–30, 2026

Join me for my 6th retreat with East of Eden, as we head to the stunning island of Mallorca — just a 2-hour flight and 30-minute taxi ride away. Our home for the week is a beautifully restored finca nestled in acres of unspoiled countryside — the perfect sanctuary to unwind, reconnect, and rest deeply, surrounded by birdsong, flowers, and gentle mountain air.

The finca features a cosy indoor yoga shala (and the option to practise outdoors), a large swimming pool with sun loungers, inviting hammocks, spacious lounges, and scenic trails to wander and explore — including a nearby ancient monastery.

Our talented chef will prepare delicious vegetarian meals, locally sourced and organic where possible — with two generous meals a day and nourishing snacks in between.

You’ll enjoy two yoga workshops daily, weaving together asana, meditation, and pranayama.

Between sessions, immerse yourself in the slower rhythm of island life: lounge by the pool, read in a hammock, wander through the gardens, hike to the monastery, join an optional trip to a local vineyard, or visit the breathtaking Es Trenc Beach nearby.

✨ EARLY BIRD OFFER — Book before the end of November 2025 and receive £100 off your place.
